Tech23 was started in 2009 by Slatterys, a tech marketing and event management company passionate about the intersection between innovation, technology and business. Starting from a blank slate, SlatteryIT conceptualised and developed the Tech23 event and secured a multi-year sponsorship from the NSW Government, including a total contribution of $410,000 in cash prizes.
