Mal was a pre-IPO employee of ResMed (NYSE:RMD;ASX:RMD), and held executive roles of increasing responsibility for the company in business development, marketing and M&A in Australia, the USA, and Europe. More recently, Mal worked in commercial and business development roles at leading healthtech innovation company Planet Innovation, before founding Atmo Biosciences in 2018.
